Exousia Lighthouse International Christian Ministries was started on November 16, 2003 in the basement of the house of Bishop Carl and Pastor Brenda McRae. This new ministry was birthed by thirteen people who shared the same desire to set out on the divine adventure and mission of evangelism and effectively minister to the souls of the community. With this purpose in mind, members of ELICM set about busily caring for the needs under the anointing of the (5) Five Fold Ministry Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher the Kingdom of God principles. Transforming lives through self-exploration and guidance and counseling is a significant interest in ELICM.

As Exousia moves into the next phase the congregation looks forward to opening a Transitional Houses for youth as well as recovery program for persons struggling with addiction. Members look with great enthusiasm at what God is doing at ELICM. Whatever God is doing, they are assured of this one thing, it will not be church as usual because at Exousia Lighthouse International Christian Ministries, they “Walk In Authority…Shining God’s Light!”
